Description:
After President Dick Richardson of the Enclave assumed control of the enclave after Thomas Eckhart's presidency, he went back to President Hunter's vision by redirecting the focus of the Enclave back to restoring the United States. Only this time it would be harder since time has passed and the wastelanders are more independent. Richardson saw the difficulties and dangers of this but did it anyway and quickly revealed the Enclave to the enhabitants of the US and tried to take control.
