Description:
The battles of Lexington and Concord mark the beginning of the American Revolutionary War. The British colonies were angry at the King’s increased taxation without representation. British troops heard rumors of a secret stash of weapons in Concord. Paul Revere rang the bell to signal the minutemen to fight, and they intercepted the British at Lexington. They pushed back the King’s men, thus initiating the American Revolution.
