14h 45min, feb 3, 1870 y - Fifteenth Amendment
Description:
The Fifteenth Amendment was created as a parameter to the two previous amendments created. It states that any male African American had the right to vote, as long as they were considered a citizen as ruled by the Fourteenth Amendment. Although this was another large step in the right direction of equal rights, it did not permit any women to vote for themselves.
