Halfords have decided to allow employees to top up their LOC with own funds. Employers can now have the choice to allow their employees to add their own funds to top up their Letter of Collection in store. The default option is 'OFF' as some employers may not want to give this benefit to employees. If employers decide to allow this, they can switch it to 'ON' in SmartPay™ and the condition will be removed from the LOC and an employee can add their own money to top up their LOC when they pick up their bike.
