We added a 'Write a post' button to the blog tile that would be visible only to employees with permissions to write. Also, as part of our efforts of making the new writing experience available to every client (beta clients for now), we added the SmartTags functionality, which makes posts sound more personal and increase engagement with content. All you have to do is write "#" and choose a tag from the menu that will appear.
