We've researched which is the most preferred channel amongst employees for surveys. Results show that most preferable way for receiving a survey is by an Alerts, but employees are also more likely to skip alerts. So we provided additional visual option - a banner now will appear onsite together with the alert, making surveys unlikely to be missed.
