Description:
Following their combined defeats in the Great War, many of the Balkan nations feared of their independence. This combined with the newly powerful Bulgarian nation would result in the Dacia Pact. Delegates from Greece, Romania, Serbia, and Montenegro met in Bucharest to discuss an anti-Central Powers coalition.
While many of the representatives seemed optimistic, those from Greece declined; in the end a defensive military and economic alliance was formed; however, it did additionally state that members would join offensive wars were there are multiple belligerents.
