jul 2, 1934 - Havana Pact

Description:

Following the successful revolutions in Cuba and Yucatan a desire appeared to spread Socialism across the North American Continent. The Socialist nations in North America met in Cuba to discuss the possibility of a socialist alliance.

While Yucatan would leave the conference, the delegates of Rio Grande, Guatemala, Cuba, and Mexico would form the Havana Pact. However, Guatemala demanded the annexation of the Tabasco Workers Republic.
