The peopled moved slowly towards the South, settling towns as they went and living in them for a measure of time before some chose to continue further southwards. The last of the lands to be reached, logically, was that of Vourenlegan, due both to the distance and the steadily worsening conditions in Rádnardir and Vourendonn (Both the Forests and hills of Rádnardir and the tunnelways of Vorendonn were, at the time, teeming with Arcane Beasts, and the overgrown or otherwise forsaken pathways of the old inhabitants of Ár were difficult to traverse, especially with caravans and tumbrils in tow).
These predicaments drastically extended the travel time to reach the southernmost reaches of the continent, yet the wealth of resources found upon Vourenlegan allowed the weary settlers that arrived on it to establish their cities more quickly than in other lands.
