In a landmark deal for Europe. the European Union gains some land on the eastern border with the New Soviet Union, the Kola Peninsula, and the European Black Sea Free Cities, while returning the Russian oblast of Kalilingrad and allowing the NSU to keep the oblast of St. Petersburg..
