Description:
The Treaty of London was signed in August of 1952 between most colony-holding countries of Europe (with the notable exceptions of Spain and Portugal). The Treaty states that the signing countries will help ther remaining colonies worldwide either A) become fully independent, B) join a country of their choosing, or C) become fully integrated areas of their mother country (only if the colonjy votes to).
