dec 22, 2017 - David King failed to procure the making of an offer in accordance with the TAB’s ruling. The Executive applied to the Outer House of the Court of Session under section 955 of the Companies Act 2006 for an order (or interlocutor) enforcing the requirement to make an offer. The Outer House ordained Mr King to announce within thirty days and thereafter make in accordance with the Code, a mandatory offer at a price of 20p per share for the share capital not already controlled by the concert party
