feb 8, 1665 - Great Plague of 1665

Description:

This was the largest outbreak in London since the 1300s one. It killed approx 15% of London population. The king and most other rich people fled the city, spreading the plague around the country like the dumbies they were. When a family had an infected member, they were all locked inside their home for 40 days. However, since then, the collective immunity has been high enough so as to keep plague epidemics minimal.
