jan 1, 2015 - At some point around here to little publicity the SFA release the second part of their 2020 Vision (2015-20) to little fanfare. It contains very little analysis of the success of the first part. Expectations of qualifying for major tournaments appear to be downgraded to 2 of out of 3 from here on in. Back slapping on actioning 95% of the McLeish recommendations within, though it appears McLeish himself is less enthused with how they have been supposedly implemented.
