She had a battle "of the Sexes" match against Bobby Riggs in 1973, and fought for equality, thus founded the Women's Tennis Association. The USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center is an American stadium complex in Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, Queens, New York City.
