I was working at this restaurant as a delivery manager, and despite the casual clothes I was wearing (mind you I looked like a tomboy because I just took delivery orders and assembled them together, then give it to the delivery guys), the workers there would stare at me head to toe, call me out in their language, whistle, and even got to the extend where one passed behind me while I was putting together an order and glided his groin past my behind. I never moved away so quick before in my life. I reported it to my manager, yet she told me to shrug it off and not let things like that get to me and continue "working professionally". After that, instead of reporting it to Human Resources, I immediately left without a 2 weeks notice (came back for my last check obviously and never came back). They told me to be professional, yet they lacked professionalism themselves. Ridiculous.
