nov 6, 1732 - Benjamin Franklin Key Concept 2.2,I

Description:

The hard work that made the Great Awakening so successful would have made Benjamin Franklin proud. Born in 1706, Franklin’s life will always be known as a self-made life because of how he built himself from the bottom up. His contributions to the early American society can be found all over the world, some of these accomplishments include the newspaper, debating, and the library to name a few. It was his Poor Richard’s Almanack that established him as an entrepreneur that wished to further human advancement through the questioning of religion and experimentation on nature itself. Through his teachings in Poor Richard’s Almanack, Benjamin’s hard work and no pain no gain motto undeniably encouraged American citizens to fight for their colonies and their fellow man during the American Revolution.
