On Jan 8, 1918, The fourteen points were outlined by the Congress of the United States. They advised the other countries involved in ww1 to use these points as a basis for the negotiations for the end of the war. These points were established by the president of America at the time, Woodrow Wilson. The fourteen points wanted the ww1 to be "the war to end all wars" which were the first 4 points. The first four points did not get fulfilled, but the other 10 points somewhat got fulfilled.
