Description:
I watched a Sudanese comedy TV show and saw something very interesting. The comedy show seemed to be very heavily westernized, and the jokes and the entire layout of the show seemed to be based on Western comedy, as the actors even used slang that we use here in North America on multiple occasions. This seems like a case of a loss of identity, as it seems like the Western world has had such an influence on other countries that they have begun to lose their culture and identity. This is yet another example of the effect of globalization on culture/society.
