I visited Japan 2 summers ago and I have stayed in contact with a couple people I met there. Being able to communicate across the globe seamlessly is one of the main reasons globalization as flourished. Communication is no longer limited within borders, but it is border-less. This seamless communication allows these global corporations to flourish. not all executives have to be at the same headquarters but they are able to watch over the whole operation. Comunication is the backbone of Globalization.
