Description:
Miranda v. Arizona was a Supreme Court case. Miranda was convicted of of kidnapping and rape, but when he was arrested his rights were not read to him his rights so he did not know his legal rights. He was sentenced to 20-30 years in prison. Until the court realized he did not know his rights his case was overturned.
