Description:
After many years, the US and Vietnam finally start to communicate with each other. At first, demands and arrangements were un-idealistic and drove the two apart. The Vietnamese demanded reparations, and the US demanded the return of all US MIAs and POWs, but niether side was willing to budge, but after a while new agreements were made and in 1994, Clinton lifted the trade embargo with Vietnam.
Now, Vietnam is an ally and we participate in war games together.
