Russian Flu H1N1 is reintroduced back due to antigenic shift which is a situation that describes how diseases change and cause large pandemics after an antigenic drift which describes a subtle seasonal change in the disease kind of like a mutation. Two vaccines are developed. A nasal spray and injections, both of which change each year due to mutations.
