Description:

Tuskegee Study conducted by Clark and Vondlehr in Mason County, Alabama. 399 total volunteers told they were getting treated, but in reality were experimented on. Volunteers denied penicillin shots. Black men entering service during WWII also denied penicillin shots because impact of study. 28 die of disease, 100 die of conditions relating to disease, 40 wives affected, 19 children born with congenital syphilis.
