Description:

Carlos Finalay is convinced that Mosquitos spread Yellow Fever. His partner Jesse Lazear takes mosquito eggs and conducts experiments where mosquitos feed on volunteers for two weeks and no one is infected. Lets mosquitos on two new volunteers. Both get Yellow Fever and recover. Lazear contracts Yellow Fever and dies. Walter Reed is upset and theorizes what cause could be. Decides on mosquitos and incorporates mosquito building experiments where one side houses mosquito and volunteer and other houses mosquito seperated from volunteer by nets. Finds that Aedes Mosquito causes Yellow Fever.
