Raf Simons presented his Fall Winter 2005 collection titled History of My World.As what Tim Blanks wrote in Style.com back in 2005, he mentioned that the collection made a statement with the baggy trousers, cropped-jacket silhouette that focused attention on a loose, gathered waistline.
The collection mostly consists of influences taken from the utilitarian and military type wear. The shoulder and elbow pads as seen on the Jacquard knits were definitely reflecting the combative nature of his designs.
