Description:
This plan to resolve the war reparations of Germany implemented intervals of payments to be compensated to Germany, withdrew all Allied troops from the Rhineland, reformed the centralized German bank which had been greatly effected by hyperinflation of the Papiermark, and supplied Germany with a large loan from the United States. The nation also replaced their former currency with the Reichsmark.
