Aaron Burr Raised a private Army in Western Virginia and takes them to New Orleans. He and governor of Louisiana Wilkinson plan to seize control of Mississippi Territory. He only recruited 55 men and Wilkinson turns on Burr and captures him and sends him to trial on Treason charges. John Marshall resides as Burr's judge and orders the Jury to find Burr not guilty.Added to timeline:
