Moses tries to convince the king of Egypt to let his people leave but the king refuses resulting in the 10 plagues and him eventually leaving with his disciples where they go and travel the Sinai desert for 50 years and receive the 10 commandments from God atop mount Sinai, which laid the foundation for Judaism and the other Abrahamic religions
