-Emanuel Celler introduced the bill into the House.
-After the famous March on Washington, many people black and white were rallied and demanded change, that became the Civil rights act.
-(Effect) One of the hardest and longest objective African American fought for, no longer under the eyes of the law are black and whites unequal.
