Description:

On September 25, 1789, after many months of debate, the Congress of the United States of America made and adopted 12 amendments to the U.S. Constitution. These 12 amendments
became only 10 amendments, and were known as The Bill Of Rights .This impacted the way the country was ran and gave 10 amendment rights to U.S Citizens. This led to the way the government is run by using 3 branches, and led to the several rights that U.S citizens have adopted since.
