dec 8, 1938 - Miranda v Arizona
Description:
After being interrogated Ernesto Miranda confessed to rape and kidnapping, but he wasn't informed of his rights. He appealed to the supreme court because he didn't know his rights during the interrogation and they ruled in favor of him and created the Miranda rights. He was not told his rights which the supreme court says he should've been in the first place so he did not enjoy the rights given to him by the constitution.
