Description:

Coaches Challenge for offsides: Since it was a complete time waster, the NHL decided if the challenge is overturned and doesn’t win, then there will be a two minute delay of game on the team that called a challenge.
No Timeouts after an icing call is made
If a team that is on the powerplay and they play a high stick puck, then the face off will take place in the neutral zone
Referees are now enforced to expect the two minute minor penalty
If a player is in the wrong stance for a faceoff, they will get a two minute minor penalty
