Description:
An NHL Player with 25 or less games experience in the NHL has to wear a visor on their helmet.Any jersey tuck will result in a penalty
If the Officials think that there will be an icing on the play then they HAVE TO call and icing before any player touches it, for safety
Goalies had an equipment change, their pads had to be decreased by 45% for their height
