Description:
No matter where a penalty takes place it’ll be in the defensive zone for the team that made the penalty
If the puck bounces off any of the opposing team when calling an icing, it’ll be waved off, if not there will be no contact for the player who wins the race to to safety reasonings.
If the puck hits any part of the net (Post, Frame, Crossbar) and goes out of play, a face off will take place in the zone in which the net was in/out of play.
