Description:

Rule 7.13 is put into effect. Rule 7.13 states if a runner attempting to score at home plate hits the catcher or another player covering home plate, they can be called out by the umpire and the play becomes a dead ball. When playing a dead ball, all other base runners return to the previous base and the runner is called out.
