nov 28, 1990 - Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 Part 2

Description:

The Rural Development Agency (RDA) was developed and created under the USDA to help with programs that could impact and benifit small towns across the United States in their economic growth. This bill gave the RDA more power over programs for rural towns that didn't directly have to do with agriculture, which means they gave a sector that for see's agriculture related programs power over non ag prograsms too. The only reason this makes great sense is that agriculture tends to make these smal;l rural towns function properly. Without agriculture in these towns, well there would be a town there at all most likely.
