With this bill they put forth several provisions to protect fragile land types that could easily be missused, such as wetlands and easily erodible lands that could be suseptible to causing another dust bowl like occastion. These provisions had a vast impact by helping prevent major issues that we could forsee happening. Like if chemicals were put on wetlands where it could easily run off and cause polutions issues.
