inspecting Kim's home for temporary foster and my children, Sierra stated she did not retrieve my daughter's medications from Carl's grandmother the day of my arrest due to her hearing from a third-party she would be sought on-site if stepping foot on the property. Had been in personal contact with Diane to get the medication and then never showed up. Diane even offered to drop it off at social services and was told that would not be necessary .
