he was denied as he had not seen the children at all in almost a year nor had he reached out for phone calls or letters either. The judge stated that it would be up to me to allow him to visit the children when and where and with the supervisor of my choice. The judge also told him he would have to go through me calling me or texting me directly to get these visits.
