had a hearing for our dissolution during that time Alfonso requested to have no custody or visitation with the children, and asked for no child support. In return, I stated there was no need for support and agreed to waive child support until the event of needing to apply for cash aid . He stated in court to Judge Sanders that he no longer wanted to have anything to do with his children as he had a new family , and his new baby was born.
