Description:

Alfonso has not been sleeping and I believe he was under the influence of something . He came at me believing that I was cheating on him this resulted in him yelling at me for hours calling me many names . He then had slammed me into the refrigerator choking his arm around my throat. I remember trying to get away and him dragging me on the ground continuing to yell . After this going on for a few hours he let me get up and go to bed and he fell asleep on the couch . We split up after this incident as I stated he needed to get mental help .
