dec 16, 1773 - Tea Act & The Boston Tea Party

Description:

The Tea Act was passed by Parliament in order to give East India Company a small partake in the tea business in the colonies. But the outcome was unexpected by the British, as the colonists again began rebelling against the acts, leading up to the Boston Tea Party on December 16th, where colonists dressed as Indians boarded a British ship and began dumping loads of tea into the harbor.
