Description:

Description: Hamilton created a charter for the First National Bank of the United States in order to create economic stability and a centralized currency.
Causes: Hamilton sought a national bank much like the countries of Europe had at the time, in order to assume the entire national debt and help the economy.
Impact: The First National Bank was eventually removed after the Republicans came into power, but it did create economic stability.
