Description:
The Kingdom of Dahomey was one of the greatest suppliers of slaves to Europeans. Ouidah would be developed as one of the top slave trading centers. Dahomey would send its army to raid the interior and sell them to European merchants. Most of the slaves from this port went to Brazil.
