France gained lots of territory west of the Rhine and he gave a significant chunk of Prussian land to the Kingdom of Westphalia which was a French puppet state under the control of one of Napoleons brothers. They also gained a part of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and set the stage for the eventual invasion of Russia.
