apr 24, 2011 - A board meeting is held by Rangers at which the funding of the Whyte takeover is discussed. Duff & Phelps would later launch a £25m claim against Whyte and Withey for making a 'false representation' at this meeting regarding the source of wealth for the purchase. The BBC documentary 'The Men Who Sold the Jerseys' however shows that their Duff & Phelps colleague David Grier was shown as 'in attendance' alongside Whyte and Withey representing the party interested in the takeover.

As per 19 April2011 email - Grier also knew how the deal wasto be funded and also took no steps to make clear the true source of funds
