apr 19, 2011 - Email revealed in the BBC documentary 'The Men Who Sold the Jerseys' shows an email exchange between Gary Withey (Whyte's lawyer) and Phil Betts, Whyte and Grier (MCR - later Duff & Phelps) titled 'Ticketus Draft' in which it is clear all were aware of the Ticketus financing. He will go on to mention the future administrators by name also in Nov 2011.
