Description - Also known as the Connecticut Compromise or Sherman Compromise. Gave the legislative government a 2 house structure.
Causes - Large and small states disagreed on representation in the government so this was what they ended up settling on.
Historical impact - Very important to the government at the time as well as the present. The 2 house structure has been more or less the same for all of these years which shows how much of a lasting impact it had on the country's government.
