Description:

Down the hill from Collegetown in Ithaca on the 400 block of Stewart Avenue we reconstructed two buildings that burned down in 2015. Primarily meant for apartment use, the larger of the two buildings also has partially finished space on the first floor intended for a commercial tenant.
